SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.* When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.* Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.

*Closed borders due to COVID-19 which might affect your shipment during transit make it slightly delayed. Additionally during sale or promotion, the demand for our products is higher than normal. Please add 2-3 business days to the delivery terms during these days.

Out-of-stock items ordered will be custom produced and may have a lead time of around 2 weeks,

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. A signature may be required upon delivery of our shipments. If no one is home to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notice to schedule redelivery or pickup. SCHUSS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.
